Montverdun, Côtes du Forez 

The most recently published report is on the Côtes du Forez (January 2010). This will be followed by a comprehensive appraisal on Saint-Pourçain which, with the 2009 vintage, has just become the Loire's latest Appellation Contrôlée.  

This will be followed by the publication of the second half of the 1989 vs 1990 debate - which really is the best of this lauded pair of vintages? I'll be hopefully answering that question in April 2010.
